These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by Rising Tide QB Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in one of our programs, you agree to these Terms.
We provide quarterback film reviews, coaching, and training programs for high school quarterbacks, including the Next Level QB Program. Details of any paid program — including scope, schedule, and price — will be provided to you before you enroll.
Our services are directed to high school athletes and their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, you may use this site and submit an application only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
When you submit an application or film, you represent that the information and links you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Fees for paid programs are described at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due as agreed at sign-up. Any refund terms specific to a program will be communicated to you before purchase.
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your application and our programs. If you separately opt in to text messages, those messages are governed by our SMS Terms of Service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to disrupt the site, submitting false information, or infringing the rights of others.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials — is the property of Rising Tide QB Academy LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Our coaching and film-review services are provided to support an athlete's development. We do not guarantee any specific athletic, recruiting, scholarship, or performance outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Tide QB Academy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
