Quarterback development for high school athletes

I'm Reid Sinnett, a former NFL quarterback who has played in the Miami Dolphins and Philadelphia Eagles organizations, and I founded Rising Tide QB Academy LLC to help high school quarterbacks improve their game, sharpen their film, and pursue their goals at the next level.

What I Do

I work directly with high school quarterbacks and their families to give honest, professional-level feedback and coaching. What I offer includes:

• Free film reviews — you submit your game or highlight film and I give you a personalized breakdown of your strengths and the areas you need to work on.
• The Next Level QB Program — my 1:1 coaching program built around decision-making, the recruiting process, and the mental side of playing the position.
• Recruiting and development guidance — helping you understand where you stand and what it takes to compete at the college level.

Who I Work With

My programs are built for high school quarterbacks and their parents or guardians. Because the athletes I work with are often minors, I work closely with families throughout the process and encourage parent involvement at every step.

My Approach

Every quarterback is different. I start by reviewing your film, then build a development plan around your specific goals — whether that's earning a starting job, getting recruited, or simply becoming a more complete player. My coaching is grounded in real experience at the highest levels of the game.
